PLEASE ENSURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT BEFORE MAKING PAYMENT AS I MUST SHIP TO THE INVOICED ADDRESS!
I aim to send my items as quickly as possible, If its taxidermy this will generally be the next day, for jewellery that is made to order within two weeks, but some items are made to order so if you're in a rush please message me prior to ordering.
We use only Royal Mail second class for domestic post as standard, this aims to arrive in 2-4 days but can take as long as four weeks, particularly during holiday seasons and for the Republic of Ireland.
International post can take up to a month, more during holiday seasons, and customs can hold for up to 40 days with no notice.
For taxidermy I only ship to countries that I know a product is legal to own BUT it is your responsibility to check your import laws, if your item is confiscated or destroyed by your customs I WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY, AND I WILL NOT REFUND! By purchasing items from me you are accepting that you are taking responsibility for importation of the goods and have made sure that the items can be imported into your country and/or state.
If customs returns the items to me they will charge me return postage so I will be able to refund your original payment minus shipping and minus return shipping. It's important that as the importer you check on laws within your own state and country as YOU may be required to obtain paperwork that I'm not able to obtain for you.
Customs may also add a tax and/or fee to your parcel that you have to pay before delivery, this is a tax added by YOUR government and cannot be predicted by myself, and cannot be paid by me.
For domestic orders (within the uk) the last recommended post date to receive your items by Christmas is the 15th this is not however a guarantee of arrival as Christmas post can be extremely difficult to estimate, and for international items (out with the U.K.) the last recommended postage date is the 5th (again not a guarantee) Please take into account processing times which will have to elapse before postage, these can be found on all listings, again this is by no means a guaranteed, you can increase the chances of receiving your item in time by selecting the "speedy shipping" option, but again this is no guarantee of items reaching you before Christmas and I cannot refund item cost or postage cost if the items takes longer than expected, Christmas is an extremely busy time for post and we recommend you order your items early to avoid disappointment!Edit
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds will be given on items that are faulty as soon as they are returned to me. Please check all items before accepting them from your courier and if they have been damaged in transit refuse them and they will be returned to me, if you fail to do this I cannot pay the return postage for you. Damaged items must be returned within 20 days.
I can also refund non damaged items as long as they are returned in exactly the same condition as they were sent to you, but this must be discussed with me first.Edit
Additional policies and FAQs
I can offer to put items on layaway, for a 25% deposit I will hold items for a period of 2 months, to be paid up in that time, I will usually be happy to hold a bit longer as long as the buyer stays in touch and keeps me informed of any delays! Please contact me to discuss this.

Is it legal for me to own this item in my country?:
We only ship items to countries where we know its legal to own them BUT its your responsibility to check if its ok for you to import them! In some cases importation licenses may be required. If you need help finding out who the correct authority to contact in your area is to find out if its ok to import one of our items please drop us a message! Can I collect my item from your Edinburgh studio?:

International shipping delays:
If your item is taking longer than expected this is more than likely due to customs. Customs can hold packages for 40 days with no notice, there is nothing we can do about this and while its a very rare occurrence it should be noted that its always a possibility!
How do you source your items?:
All of our items are very old antiques or ethically sourced (roadkill, food industry or pest industry byproducts, etc). If youd like to know the source of a specific item feel free to contact us, while we can't give out details of our sources we can let you know how it was sourced.
We can, and do, offer wholesale prices for large orders. Please contact us for more details.
